MULGOA PASTORAL

Bill and Joy's is story is centred around their core values of family, community, health and a learning mindset. They believe in working with our environment rather than against it, implementing Natural Sequence Farming and making the connection that gut health and soil health are related. Healthy soils, regenerating their farm ecosystem and, of course, happy healthy animals and humans all living harmoniously together is what they strive to accomplish.

HOLBROOK PADDOCK EGGS

Holbrook Paddock Eggs is family owned and operated by Sam and Prue Pincott with the assistance of their 4 young daughters. The hens are run on their property ‘Bellvue’ located near Holbrook in Southern NSW and enjoy the true meaning of free range, as they are free to roam the paddocks as they please. Compared to the industry standard of 10,000 hens per hectare, Holbrook Paddock Eggs has a stocking density of just 40 hens per hectare.

8 FAMILIES

Located around the Eastern Riverina in NSW, the ‘8 families’ group first formed in 2008 after attending the same Holistic Management course in Holbrook. Over the last decade, the 8 families have become a strong community of practice for regenerative farming, and continue to help each other make major changes in managing their landscapes and their businesses. Their story demonstrates what is possible when regenerative farmers sharing the same landscape come together to support one another.

DISCOVERED WILDFOODS

Discovered was born from a simple desire to use what is on our plates to make positive change for our environment, health & communities. Across Australia pristine habitats are being threatened by large herds of non-natives, such as wild deer & wild boar. We choose to see the problem as the solution. We see an opportunity to provide a high protein, low fat, sustainable meat option by making wild game accessible to every dinner table.
