The Holbrook Hotel is delighted to announce that our Head Chef, Shane Clark, has been named Regional Chef of the Year at the 2024 Australian Hotels Association NSW Awards for Excellence. This remarkable achievement recognises Shane’s dedication, creativity, and commitment to culinary excellence, celebrating his ability to deliver exceptional farm-to-table dining that showcases the finest local ingredients.

The Holbrook Hotel was also honoured as a finalist in two categories: Best Steak and Best Regional Casual Dining.
