Holbrook Hotel's Shane Clark Wins NSW Regional Chef of the Year at AHA Awards

We are delighted to share some exciting news: Shane Clark, Head Chef at the Holbrook Hotel, has been awarded Regional Chef of the Year at the 2024 Australian Hotels Association NSW Awards for Excellence!
We’re also proud to announce that the Holbrook Hotel was a finalist in two other categories: Best Steak and Best Regional Casual Dining.
Agritourism Roundtable

A milestone event unfolded at the Holbrook Hotel as local grazier and hotel owner, Bill Wearn, partnered with the Greater Hume Council to host The Agritourism Roundtable. This unique collaboration brought together key stakeholders in the region’s agritourism industry for an evening of vibrant discussions and networking.
Official Opening of the Holbrook Hotel

The Holbrook Hotel will be formally opened on Saturday 15 April at 10am by Greater Hume Council’s Mayor, Cr Tony Quinn, immediately prior to the running of the Commander Holbrook Races.
Countdown to the Official Opening of the Holbrook Hotel

This Monday 20 March marks the start of the countdown to the official opening of the Holbrook Hotel.
The Hotel will be formally opened on Saturday 15 April at 10am, immediately prior to the running of the Commander Holbrook Races.
